Booking ConditionsPlease read before you book, then print out a reference copy‘The client’ shall mean each person named.Insurance requirements and LiabilityAll activities are undertaken at your own riskAll guests must have full and sufficient personal accident, injury and medical expenses insurance to cover the duration of their holiday and must bring with them the insurance details and receipt. No children will be allowed to swim unsupervised.Please note that the pool is a uniform 1.6m Luggage, valuables and all other personal effects at all times and under all circumstances are at the client’s risk, unless and to the extent that loss or damage is proven to have been caused by our negligence. The client/s will be responsible for any damage to the contents or structure of the Villa arising from unreasonable behaviour or activities on the part of the clients.Damage BondWe trust that you will take care of our villa, but to ensure our protection, a fully refundable pre-payment of £100.00 will be required at 8 weeks prior to your arrival, in addition to your final balance. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure when the Villa has been inspected and an inventory taken, less any costs incurred for undue damage or losses.. PaymentA deposit of 25% must be paid on booking, which is accepted as part payment of the total price, and is non-refundable.. The balance must be paid by 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, including the £100 damage bond.[see cancellation details below]. If you make a reservation within 8 weeks of your arrival, the whole ammount becomes payable.. ChangesYou may alter the dates of your holiday without losing your deposit if we are able to agree to the alterations. In wholely exceptional circumstances, if due to events beyond our reasonable control the villa becomes unavailable, we will make full refund of all monies paid, in addition to assisting with alternative arrangements where we can VisasAll visa, passport and health certificate requirements are the responsibility of the client.All British citizens need a Turkish visa, obtainable at the entry airport at a cost of £10 (in 2007) per person [think of it as airport tax!].We cannot accept any responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in a client’s documents.CancellationIn the event that you cancel your booking, for whatever reason the following cancellation charges will apply [IN ALL CASES YOUR DAMAGE BOND WILL BE RETURNED]:- (we reserve the right to cancel the booking if balance is not paid by the due date)In excess of 8 weeks prior to the rental date

The full rental costsIf we are able to relet the villa at short notice we will waive the cancellation charges pro rataCheck-in / out times Access to Villa Kehribar will not be allowed before 3pm on day of arrival and you are required to vacate the property by 11.00 am on the day of departure. Please respect our wishes for Kehribar Villa to be smoke free. This is for the comfort of all our guests. Smoking is of course allowed outside the building.
